My nieces loved the book BUT there is a coloring page that says "I 🍩 give a 💩". I didn't know this until my sister in law sent me a pic of it. Funny but kind of inappropriate for younger kids. My nieces are 7 and 9. Thankfully their parents weren't upset by this. I'd buy it again though. But maybe for older kids this time.

My 8 yr old niece that is obsessed with Emoji's was so excited when she got this for Christmas! Tons of different pages to color, and a great mix of small areas as well as large areas for a range of ages and coloring skills.

Should not be marketed towards kids. I got this for an 8 year old and it is too inappropriate so I’ll be returning it.

Cute. It has a lot of empty space on each page. I was hoping for a little more, but I'm sure my niece will like it.

My 7-year old granddaughter loves this CUTE coloring book. I found one offensive coloring page that I tore out before giving it to her. It had to do with the poop emoji.

Bought for my 5 year old. Very disappointed. One if the pages has a picture of poop with the writing I don't give a...

My granddaughter thought this was hilarious! She sat coloring and giggling (at the poo emoji of course) for quite awhile! Little kid fun!

I bought this used (for $3) and for that price it's pretty good. They aren't necessarily original Apple style emojis (some are made differently). I had higher expectations for it, but it's still a fun book.

Opening night at Washington's Kennedy Center Opera House, 7/9/13: Full house, good orchestra seats. Everyone I know who's seen it on Broadway said it was a hoot. My favorite professional reviewers in NYC and DC concurred. And now that I've seen it myself, so do I. The road show version is well cast, well staged, and a really, really, really good show in just about every way, except that it wasn't easy to catch all the lickety split wild and crazy lyrics and dialogue and I frequently found myself regretting not having thought to do what one of my companions did: he'd Googled his way through the lyrics ahead of time. The book and lyrics come off as sophomoric and only mildly silly on the page and nowhere near as hilarious and downright delightful as when they're performed on stage. I definitely would recommend reading this right before or right after the show. I do NOT recommend it as a substitute for seeing it onstage. (PS. I went online and ordered this from Amazon the morning after; got it the next day.)

I have a hearing impairment but wasn't able to get into the captioned showing of this play. The book was a great fall back option when I didn't know what was going on. Of course the lighting in the theater and the book's font made it difficult to read along, but I managed and still found the play enjoyable.Overall, the book is a great memento from the play, the play itself was fantastic, and reading the book again from time to time outside of the play is still enjoyable. I personally think crudeness can be easily overdone, but this play manages a good balance between the witty and the crude. If you enjoy well-placed, daring humor, and don't take religion too seriously, I highly recommend.

After falling in love with "The Book of Mormon" soundtrack I wanted to know more about the story and since I can't exactly afford a trip to NYC to see the show (not that i could get a ticket) the book was the next best thing.The book in includes a forward by Mark Harris, authors notes from each of the three authors, production history, a list of scenes and song titles and, finally, the complete script with song lyrics. The pages are nice and glossy with colorful accents and small photos from production throughout the script.The script itself is brilliant. I think the review from Hollywood Reporter by David Rooney says it best:"The show manages to have a comic field day with Mormonism while simultaneously acknowledging - maybe even respecting - the right of everyone to follow any faith they choose. Or invent."I can't recommend this enough, if you like the soundtrack, or are curious to see what all the fuss is about and can't see the show itself this book is the perfect way to experience and enjoy "The Book of Mormon".

Full of interesting info, pictures, dialogue and lyrics - "The Book of Mormon: The Complete Book and Lyrics of the Broadway Musical" is a wonderful companion to the MUST have Broadway cast album CD. Although I originally purchased this book thinking it was the vocal score, I am still happy to place it into my music book library. Hopefully, I will will able to get tickets to the Broadway performance BEFORE they change from the original cast. The show is extremely hilarious, and not for the easily offended. To all those who give it 1 star, remember folks, it's a Broadway show. If you don't like the material, don't go see it!!

It honestly was not what I was expecting or needing, I needed sheet music lol, but it is an amazing copy of the script with cool pictures from the original cast.

I keep trying to see a NY production of "The Book of Mormon", but the good seats are always taken by the time I try to get a ticket. So I decided to buy a copy of the play's script, which I started reading as soon as it arrived. I expected it to be hilarious, but was surprised by the weighty topics touched on in this musical: female circumcision; power-hungry, violent African tribal leaders; AIDS; despicable superstitions on how to cure AIDS in less-civilized African tribes; the inner workings of the Mormon religion; and others. I laughed through much of the script and cringed at just as much of it.

The ONLY problem I had with this script, but it was major for me,it is so very difficult to read because the print is in a color that does not show up plainly on the page. I have very low vision and had to use a magnifying glass and strong light to read it. This would not be a problem for anyone with normal sight.

Just one more item for my Book of Mormon obsession. If you don't have easy access to seeing the play, this and the cast recording are a blessing.

This one is very similar to The Nurse's Christmas Wish by the same author, but not quite as good. In this one, the heroine is a doctor, not a nurse, and spends so much time mooning over Zach that she gets distracted on the job. Not a lot of confidence in herself, either.

I found the write-up of this book appealing and ordered in on Kindle. I enjoyed it enough that I ordered 3 of Sarah Morgan's other books. Her background in the medical field added to her skill in making her characters seem real.

It's a lovely book!

Fast-paced story with lots of medical action that will leave a smile on your face! My only complaint is that there isn't a sequel - I'd love to spend some more time with Keely and Zach!Description from the book back cover:A family in need ... Great read. Enjoyed every last chapter. Looking forward to reading other books by this author, as well as other books in the series.

I hate to be a nay-sayer, but I have to admit that I didn't enjoy this book nearly as much as others I have read by the author (Survivor, Vetted, and Recombinant Love). This book was published a couple years prior to those and that might explain the difference. I found this book to be very poorly edited. My wife and I enjoy sharing books together and I read them aloud. This was a challenge in that regard.There are moments when the story is captivating, but many more when it lags. We usually enjoy long books, but this one dragged. We also found that some of the major plot shifts were unbelievable, particularly the change in Cass' anti-war attitude to her enlistment.Not a winner in our opinion, but we are glad the author improved and so look forward to reading future novels.

This is an epic book that follows a woman from rural Wisconsin to the pacific during WWII. She goes through some amazing adventures before and during the war.I was amazed at all that she had to go through, both in Wisconsin and during the war. I couldn't imagine surviving her adventures.I also admire her great character. She is a mid-wife and becomes a nurse during the war. She helps people all over and stands up for her community.

Other than some typos this is a good story... Many elements are covered romance, life lessons, history. For those who do not know many lgbtq persons live quietly and have forever... Some societies ignore it if it is not flaunted. That is our story and this one deals with those issues in a personal story of Cass a independent woman with a heart of gold set during the era surrounding World War II. Discovery, understanding and life lessons make this an interesting read. I enjoyed the perspective. Curl up and enjoy it for yourself.

This story takes place in northern Wisconsin between the late 1930's and mid-1940's. The setting was important to me because I love reading about strong women and how they overcome society 's limited opportunities. The plot was perfectly woven to make me not want to stop reading for meals or bedtime. I wish this author was on kindle unlimited as I own many of her e-books; this one is my absolute favorite! Thank you K'Anne Meinel.

I really enjoyed this book. I love any novels that are a decent length and not just the standard 220 pages schlock we get stuck with these days. You are given time to meet the characters and get to know them. Any book that is a period piece will attract my interest and this was very good. You start out in post depression America and travel to post WW2 with a captivating story about two women who are strong in their own unique ways and who also are flawed but intriguing. Well written and enjoyable.

Having learned by me reading all of K'Anne's other books that each has twists and turns, romance, tragedy, recovery, reconciliation, I was on the edge of my seat wondering how she might make things right in this story. I was not disappointed. K'Anne is a brilliant writer. The only problem in finishing all of her novels is having to wait for her next one to come out!

I really enjoyed this book.I sometimes felt I could have been on the farm watching the story play out in front of me,the details and descriptions are amazing.

This story flowed effortlessly and held my attention to the very end. I was exhausted by the amount of work the characters performed and was elated with their joy. The joy, sadness, love and other emotions are written in such a way that they are palpable to the reader. The author did her research well and I felt like I was living in the time. Cass and Stephanie, the main characters are both heroines for what they accomplished, and their survival. The cover of the book is apropos to content and way the story ends. Granted, there are some typographical errors, however, they are easy enough to read over.

This is a good starter book on what turtles and tortoises require. It outlines many of the types of turtles and tortoises, has tons of color pictures, and is chock full of info.It goes over habitats, feeding, breeding, hibernation, dangers (fire ants, spinach) etc. including practical tips from the authors.Unfortunately, this book convinced me that it is not very easy to keep turtles and tortoises and this would be a major investment and worry, so I decided not to.Oh well.

Great book to learn about turtles but not so much for Tortoises

When I got my turtle, Tim, I didn't know a thing about turtles - so I got this book as well as did a ton of research online. This book has TONS of good information (and pictures) about how to care for and house turtles. My turtle is several years old now, and is very happy and healthy. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to get a pet turtle. The reality of turtle-keeping is that it is a LOT of work. Turtles are dirty, and even with high powered filters their tanks need constant cleaning. I didn't know what I was getting in to, but it's worth the effort! Turtles are wonderful pets, and this book will give you all the basic information you need to know.
